- Review of any photos or videos you’ve sent over (our favorite way to "see" your yard fast).
- Ballpark Pricing: Whenever possible, we provide a reliable price range during this call so you aren't left guessing.
Pro Tip: To get the most accurate ballpark price, text or email us photos of the project area, including any access points (like gates or narrow side yards) and existing drainage issues.
Step 2: The $100 On-Site Consultation (Diagnostic)
When a project requires an expert eye, we schedule a formal on-site visit. We charge a $100 consultation fee for this visit, which covers up to one hour on-site.
Why the fee? Unlike "free estimates" that result in a price scribbled on a napkin, this is a professional site evaluation. We perform:
- Precise measurements and grading checks.
- Evaluation of soil, drainage indicators, and site constraints.
- A deep dive into material options and project scope.
The Best Part: The $100 fee is credited back to your project if you move forward with us. If you don't, you still walk away with professional measurements and a clear direction for your backyard—the best $100 you'll spend on your home this year.
Step 3: Design Services (Optional)
Most standard patios or drainage fixes don’t require a formal design. However, if you have a complex multi-phase concept or want to see the "final look" before we build, we offer 3D Visualization and 2D layouts.
- Investment: Starts at $500.
- Timeline: Typically takes 2–4 weeks.
- Bonus: Design fees are credited back on any project over $10,000.
